Lod: One of the largest and oldest historical cities in Palestine, located 38 km northwest of Jerusalem. It was founded by the Canaanites in the fifth millennium BC.
Al-Ramla: One of the largest and oldest historical cities in Palestine, it is located on the old road between Jaffa and Jerusalem.
It was founded in 716 AD by the Umayyad Caliph Suleiman bin Abd al-Malik, and was named after the sand that surrounded it.
Ein Karem is the most important and largest village in Jerusalem, adjacent to Deir Yassin. Its green mountainous nature attracts its visitors, but it hides its tragic reality since it was occupied and its original inhabitants abandoned during the Nakba.
